Our Victorian OTU Christmas Lunch Wed 13 December

Dear All,

Our final lunch of the year is on next Wednesday 13 Dec, 12.30 in the ground floor bistro at the RACV Club, 501 Bourke St Melbourne.

For any ‘3’ classes (eg 3/69) this is close to the anniversary of our graduation date.

Neat casual dress, good humour, fellowship and Christmas spirit the order of the day.

There will be a modest subsidy for the lunch.

As it is The Festive Season, could you please confirm your attendance to Brian Cooper, bctcooper@gmail.com by Friday 8 Dec to ensure our booking.

Victorian OTU Members,
Most of the Victorian OTU members will will not have been aware that Ian Dobie (2/67) has been struggling with throat cancer for some time.
Ian decided that he only wanted family and a few friends to be aware of his illness.
Ian called me this morning to let me know that he visited the specialist this morning and he received the all clear.
What great news.

Monthly Lunch – Wed 8 Nov 2017

Dear Chaps,

We had a wonderful turn up in Oct with 16 hail and hearty enjoying a great lunch.

 The time is fast approaching for our next gathering on Wed 8 Nov at The RACV Club, 501 Bourke St Melbourne.
12.30 in the Bistro on the Ground Floor. Remember, just tell the doormen that you are on our Group table, booked under Cooper and move straight to the Bistro on the right. As always smart casual attire, good humour, tales of daring, golf lies, exaggerated fishing stories  and about $35 will seal it.
Ian Kelly will distribute to the Vic membership at large.
Acceptances please by COB Mon 6 Nov would be appreciated.
Please note that the National and State Executive Meeting will be held in the Carbine Club on the Chancery level of the Club at 3pm.
Anyone attending who will not be at lunch please call me on me mobile below so that I can sign you into the Club.
For planning purposes, I have also booked the Bistro ( dining rooms all booked) for our Christmas lunch on 13 Dec.
