Vale Brigadier George Salmon AM, BE MSc gw psc jssc – Funeral Notice attached

Dear Victorian Scheyvillians, we have received this notice today from Konrad Ermert, Duntroon Society, Victoria.

Frank Miller.

Dear Member,

I have just been informed of the death of Brigadier George Salmon, AM (RMC ’59). George was in palliative care in Canberra following a heart operation in December from which he did not recover. He passed away on Friday. His funeral will be held at the RMC Chapel on Friday 13 January at 10:30am.

Although not in DUNSOC Vic, George was well known to many of our members, and was highly regarded by all. George will be sadly missed. Rest in peace now.

Not a good start to 2023.

Best regards to all,

Konrad
