Dear All,
So far we have 32 marching in Melbourne and 42 signed up for lunch at the RACV Club, Carbine Bar, as we did last year.
The list of those recorded as marching and lunching is attached.
As the march commences a bit earlier we are likely to gather at the RACV Club from about 11am and by law the bar cannot open until midday.
So please gather in the coffee lounge in the foyer and have a coffee until the bar opens.
We need accurate numbers for catering purposes so please advise Brian Cooper on bctcooper@gmail.com if you intend coming to the lunch.
He needs to confirm numbers to The RACV Club by next weekend and we do not want to fall short on the catering side.
Lunch is being subsidised to $20 per person.
