FUNERAL FOR RUSS HENDERSON OTU CLASS 4/67 – MEDALS

Please note the change of medals! Being a daytime event, full-size medals should be worn!

Scheyvillians, we have received the information below concerning the funeral for William (Russ) Henderson (4/67) from his partner Susan Byrnes. Susan has asked intending attendees to notify her for catering purposes susan.byrnes@gjbradley.com

John (Booka) Bushell will be coordinating the Scheyvillian response and has requested that the OTU tie, lapel badge and full-sized medals be worn. Can you also please confirm your acceptance with Booka jb@shoehornconsulting.com.au.

Frank Miller
Chairman, OTU Association

Dear Family and Friends,

Please join with us this on Friday as we gather to remember and celebrate the life of Russ. The Service will commence at 11:15 am sharp in the North Chapel at the Northern Suburbs Memorial Garden & Crematorium, 199 Delhi Road, North Ryde.

Rather than flowers, could we kindly ask that you make a donation to Lung Foundation Australia.

Would you kindly confirm your intention to attend for catering purposes.

And if you happened to train with Russ and are attending the funeral would you be prepared to say a few words about both OTU and Russ during that time?

Russ’ family and I very much look forward to seeing you and we are very appreciative of your love and support at this terribly sad time.

Sincere thanks,

Susan, Claire & Family.
