Scheyvillians
The First Scheyvillian for 2026 is due to be released in the first week of April, and this edition each year usually contains the details for all Chapter’s ANZAC Day events.
If you haven’t already done so (and have received a reply from me) please send in your articles about your state, or class, events that have taken place since The Scheyvillian 3 of 2025 was issued.
Please also advise of the passing of any Scheyvillian that have not been published. Currently working on Ian Freeman, Ian Bloodworth, Mark Rohan, Jim Rule and Mike Izzard and Mick Stone (both OCS).
Please send articles to me by 15 March so that I can commence putting the Draft Scheyvillian together!
On a sad note, Brett Wild, the driving force behind the revamp of the Scheyville Site, recently had a stroke. We wish him a good recovery, however, he is not up to receiving get-well cards yet, so please do not send any! The work on the site continues, with the tasks being shared between other Directors on TaskForce Veteran. There is still planning going on for the weekend 14-16 August at Scheyville in the lead-up to the 60th Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan on 18 August. Please put the date in your diary.
