MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FY 15/16 – REMINDER
Gentlemen,
With 472 membership renewals for FY 15/16 received to date, we are still some way off achieving the 493 financial members we had at the end of last FY. If you have received this email you are currently unfinancial and we are interested to ascertain whether this is due to waning interest or that renewal has simply slipped your mind.
If you are intending to come on board and support the Association this year, your urgent attention to your membership renewal would be appreciated. Should you have misplaced you Membership Renewal Form, a copy is attached.
Three options are available when renewing membership:
- Complete the Membership Renewal Form, attach a cheque and send it to our Treasurer,
- Use the information of the Membership Renewal Form to pay by Direct Debit.
- Access the website, www.otu.asn.au and pay by PayPal.
If you are paying by Direct Debit or PayPal and haven’t updated your personal details in the website, could you please take the time to complete and return the Membership Renewal Form so that we can confirm/amend your details in our database.
It would help if we could receive your renewal by 31 January 2016.
If your interest in the Association has waned, and you no longer wish to be a member, please return the Membership Renewal Form with the appropriate box notated accordingly.
